Effective Date: March 12th, 2026
1. Services Provided
Level Up Lawn Care Services provides professional landscaping and lawn care solutions for residential and commercial properties. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and routine Lawn Maintenance
- Seasonal cleanups including Spring Clean Up and Fall Clean Up
- Landscape enhancements such as Mulching, Flower Bed Planting, and Garden Design
- Lawn improvement services including Aeration Service, Overseeding Service, and Turf Repair
- Shrub and plant care including Bush Trimming and Bush Removal
- Full Landscaping Services and Landscape Installation
- Ongoing Commercial Lawn Maintenance and Commercial Landscape Service
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and geographic service area limitations.
2. Appointments & Payment
Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or online booking.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing
- We accept cash, credit cards, and select digital payment methods
- A processing fee may apply to certain payment types
Failure to submit payment may result in rescheduling or cancellation of future services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance
- Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee of $40
- No-shows may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Service Conditions & Limitations
Services are performed outside and may be affected by weather or site conditions.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to all service areas
- Pets must be secured and outdoor hazards removed prior to service
- Equipment access must be unobstructed
We reserve the right to refuse or delay service if:
- Conditions are unsafe (weather, terrain, or equipment-related risks)
- Property conditions present hazards or risks to staff or equipment
- Access to service areas is restricted or unsafe
Level Up Lawn Care Services is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing issues, improper irrigation systems, hidden debris, or obstacles not disclosed prior to service.
5. Warranty & Liability
We stand behind the quality of our work.
- If you experience an issue directly related to a service we provided, please contact us within 7 days
- Warranty claims are limited to the original service performed
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, service descriptions, and branding, is the property of Arvoro Outdoor Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
